Q - What this store provides?
A - http://store.packagingconnections.com/ is a packaging dedicated e-commerce-website where you can buy packaging material required for various product's packaging.

Q - How is it different from the existing packaging stores?
A – Other websites mainly supply products like tamper pouches, tapes, cartons,standard boxes. However our website has niche products which are not available anywhere in India. We wanted to provide a ready platform to easily buy “difficult to procure” packaging material, hence started this store.

Q – What unique products do you offer?
A – This is the only place where you can buy 3D, Lenticular sheets in India. We have other unique products also like thermostat bags to carry blood bags, security envelopes, tear-proof paper pouches, complete set of tea packaging – cartons and spouted pouch to carry hot tea, packaging books, cosmetic packaging like glass bottles and jars and many others. You can see categories or search for your requirements in the search bar.

Q - Do you offer free shipping?
A – Well nothing is free in this world. If someone is offering free shipping, this means shipping cost is already included in the product price. We provide basic price of products inclusive of all taxes and shipping is extra so you exactly know at what price, you are buying the packaging material.

Q - What are the shipping charges?
A – For regular products we charge standard shipping of INR 150. However some products which are ordered in bulk like cartons, bubble rolls, Kraft paper rolls, large quantity containers etc, we charge shipping “on actual”.

Q - What is the standard delivery time?
A – We use best shipment / courier services that ensure quick delivery. We ensure the delivery within one week from the date of payment received upon order confirmation.However if the products are not in stock or are customized, we convey to the customer in advance before confirming the order.

Q - What is the minimum quantity that we can order from your website?
A – It depends on the products. For example you can order as low as ONE quantity for products like tamper proof pouches, packaging books, potli bags etc. However the quantity may be minimum 500 in case of cartons.

Q - What do you mean by “Ask for quote” mentioned in your website?
A – Some of the products are available on the website where the prices are not mentioned. There is an option “ask for quote” which when selected sends an email to our customer care team. Our team then contact the person and understand specific requirement and then provide product prices. This option is applicable majorly for the products which are customized before buying.

Q - Do you offer printed products?
A – Yes we can supply printed pouches. However one time cost for cylinder has to be paid by the customer. Also the quantities shall be higher (min 5000 – 10000)depending on the type of pouch and type of printing required.

Q - Do you also customize the products?
A – Yes we do provide this option. We have collaboration with directly manufacturers so any kind of customization is possible. However pricing, minimum quantity and lead time needs to be discussed only after one-to- one discussions with both customer the manufacturer.

Q - How to make the payments?
A – Pay-U money (credit or debit card) or bank transfer.

Q - Do you offer COD?
A – No there is no option as cash on delivery for any of the products on website.Order stands confirmed only after receiving entire payment in advance by any of the ways mentioned above.

Q - If we buy machines from your website, who will take care of installation another services?
A – All warranty, installation and technical support is provided by our partners supplying machines. The machine supplier shall provide his services till the warranty period.

Q - What are the conditions for returning a product?
A – There are following conditions in which refund shall be done–

  • Product is not in stock and payment has been received.
  • Product cannot be delivered at a particular location.
  • Product delivered is not matching the description mentioned on the website.
  • Damaged product.

Q - What is the refund process?
A – Please contact our customer care number +91-124- 4965-770 and we will understand the reason before initiating return request. Once approved the refund shall be done.

Q - How much time does a refund process take?
A – It takes maximum 1 week from the approval of refund process to reflect payment in the customer’s account.

Q - How safe are your delivery / courier systems?
A – We have collaborations with top courier companies and ensure we have tracking of every shipment we do through them. The products are securely packed before giving them to courier.

Q - How can we track our orders?
A - Our team sends a tracking number to the customer as soon as the product is shipped from its location. Customer can simply log-in to the partner’s website and track the status of shipment. Our customer care team is also available to assist in the tracking.

Q - Can you send products to any location?
A – Yes we can send to almost all the locations in India through our shipment partners. However in rare chances where the location is too remote, we may reject the order and refund the amount.

Q - Do you support technically for suggesting packaging connections?
A – Very much. Our technical team has qualified packaging professionals that understand the detailed requirements of every product, suitable packaging material that could be used and then recommend.
